CCRE Expands Credit Group to West Coast
New York, NY -September 30, 2013
New York, NY – September 30, 2013 – Cantor Commercial Real Estate (“CCRE”) announced the appointment of Marcus Breuer as a Director in the firm’s credit department, a move which expands the credit group to the West Coast. Mr. Breuer, previously a Director at Guggenheim Partners, will focus on overseeing potential real estate transactions originated through CCRE’s west coast offices. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Breuer will report to Michael Kaplan, Head of Credit at CCRE.

Mr. Breuer was previously a Director in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Global Realty Services where he developed and managed the real estate advisory platform. Earlier, he held positions at Deutsche Bank, CIBC World Markets and Artesia Mortgage Capital Corporation.
